All returns are by prior approval only. Please include your Invoice or order number, as well as a description of the items you want to return. If you are not satisfied with our products purchased at www.bags-N-wallets.com, you may return them in resalable condition within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (not including shipping and handling costs).

When returning merchandise, it is necessary to include the invoice number or order number to receive full credit. If the merchandise is returned without this information, the refund will not be processed until the invoice number or order number is received.

On receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be given within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is in resalable condition with the original packaging. If the item is found not to be in resalable condition, you will be notified by one of our representatives also within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged Materials
Notify us immediately upon receipt of materials if you receive damaged merchandise.  Damaged materials cannot be replaced if notification is not received within 2 weeks of the shipping date. A replacement of the item will be sent within 7 days of receipt of the returned damaged item.
